English: It may look peaceful and serene, but don't be fooled: I was being swarmed by a horde of mosquitoes while taking this photo. Despite wearing long sleeves, insect repellant, gloves, and even a mosquito net, I still managed to get a few bites, not to mention the ominous buzzing of the little demons around my ears.
The bright red dot near the horizon is Mars. That's as much as I could make out during the mosquito assault. Photographed at Temagami River Provincial Park. |
